Is the paint durable?

Yes! Yes! The paint is crack, water resistant and 100% wearable, however damage can be caused through misuse. All customs are made so that you can wear them without having to worry about cracks or chips in the paint. The paint does not crack and you can also clean the shoes with your preferred cleaning solution.

What is your average turnaround time?

Our turnaround time for orders is 30 days. We look to deliver well before, but custom shoes take some extra time sometimes. Its always worth the wait. If you are looking to place an order with us, but need them for a specific date, please get in touch with us via email or Instagram DM to discuss.

Can I request my own design?

For streamlined service you can use our 3D Custom Shoe configurator and view your shoe in 3D before you purchase. For other customisation requests send us a message on Instagram @noneofzero or

If I order the wrong size, can I change it?

Although, we wish we could accommodate all changes, we fulfill orders very quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it may not be possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. If your order has not shipped out yet when you contact us we can make the change for you but its not recommended. Please contact us ASAP to have the best chance.

Can I cancel my order?

Every Shoe is custom made upon order. When you palce an order, we place an immediate order for your the sizes ordered. This is so you can get get your custom shoes in not too long.


Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes! We have customers all around the world who are wearing shoes that truly represent their own personality! We will Always have the cheapest international shipping rates!

How long will shipping take?

Do I have to pay customs for international orders?

In most cases you wont be required to pay custom charges, however: Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

How can I track shipping?

Every order receives a tracking code immediately after order, this is sent to the email address after the confirmation email. You should receive a tracking code immediately after order. This may in some instances take up-to 24 hours. You can track your order at with your unique 10 digit tracking code. We will send you a seperate tracking number via email within once we have shipped your item. If you didn’t receive a tracking number from us within the expected window, please contact our support team

Can I update the shipping address?

We will do our best to update an address upon a customers request. Please contact our team as soon as possible. Please know that if your request comes very late it can be extremely difficult to pull the order from production and update the address. If that is the case we will proceed to ship the order with the initial address the customer provided.


What forms of payments do you accept?

We currently accept payments from Paypal and LaybuyUK. Card Payments from: Visa, Discover, Mastercard and more

When do I pay?

We require full payment upfront, to be made on our website.


Can I get a refund or exchange?

All shoes are custom made upon order, this is why we do not do any returns or exchanges in regards to the custom shoes, so please be sure to check your size before placing an order. We customize the shoes in the size and style that was ordered by you. All shoes are video recorded during the P&P stage to ensure quality control.
